The IGEN ENSAVCLUB executive team invites all Academic Institutions to follow the IGEN ENSAVCLUB Toolkit 2023-2024 and plan their activities for the year accordingly, reporting the results of the events quarterly (Q1,Q2,Q3, and Q4) to the IGEN reporting team. IGEN ENSAVCLUB TOOLKIT 2023-2024: This toolkit aims to provide a set of content and capacity development tools to enhance the activities of ENSAVCLUB at academic institutions.

Plan your event using the ENSAVCLUB TOOLKIT 2023.

Before the event, post the Event Poster at https://www.facebook.com/groups/igengreen9ensavclub with a short write-up.

Execute the event with the greatest number of participants and the most aligned Chief Guest

After the event, post the event photo to https://www.facebook.com/groups/igengreen9ensavclub with a short write-up.

Update once every three months the completion of the activities list, and participation in IGEN activities in the ENSAVCLUB Outcome Data Sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/laakfMiQ0x06 McSWgdBJLBIRDU24ptnWL5eWJhPesMY/edit?usp=sharing (Q1- update in April first week, Q2 – update in July first week, Q3 – update in October first week,Q4 – update in January first week)

Participate in the Review meeting and present the Club Activity report, as well as confirm the rating points. (First quarter review in April, second quarter review in July, third quarter review in October, fourth quarter review in January)

The STAR winners will be announced in February, and the Chief Guest will present the RANK certificate at the IGEN ENSAVCLUB ANNUAL CELEBRATION in MARCH.
