Energy Ambassador
The GREEN9 ENERGY AMBASSADOR is a 99 days program in which club members or general public are trained to conduct energy audit in the residential house. The trained members have to identify the house and conduct audit with promotion of nine points about “One Unit Save/Day” and provide necessary recommendation for saving energy. The member has to convert the house as energy efficient house with reasonable unit saving/month. Once completed the required number of house audit with unit saved outcome, after submitting all audited report to GREEN9 APP, he/she is eligible to claim the following Energy Ambassador Certificate.
Prof. Jens Bo Holm Nielsen, Head, Esbjerg Energy Section, Aalborg University, Denmark had launched the Green9 Energy Ambassador Certification on 19th Feb 2020 at Dr.M.G.R Educational and Research Institute and released the first copy of the Book titled “How to be an Energy Ambasaddor Within 99 days” and the first copy was received by Mr.Muthu Ramalingam, Managing Director, Virogreen India Pvt Ltd.

GE1 Audit Procedure to Achieve EA Certification
This procedure will help new Club Members and Public across the Globe to start and complete audit in one House.
- Identify the Home to be Audited
- Register with GREEN9 ENSAV APP from Google Play Store
- Generate the Membership Card from My Profile in GREEN9 ENSAV APP
- Fix the appointment with the Resident – Make sure that all Family members are present
- Distribute GE2- OUS poster to the Family members and explain nine energy saving points in detail
- Conduct Preliminary Audit with GE3 Procedure
- Collect Data through GE4 template
- Have one audit photo with resident
- Discuss with the Faculty Mentor and Complete the Recommendations through GE5
- Upload the Recommendations and necessary documents in GREEN9 ENSAV APP
- Submit the Recommendations to the Audited Home
- Demonstrate the following, a) Earthing b) Electrical Safety c) Troubleshooting to the House members
- Make sure the Residents understand and ask them to implement the recommendations
- Post Audit the House after two months and measure savings through GE6
- Upload the savings in the GREEN9 ENSAV APP and complete the first Audit process
- Continue the Audits to Complete 50 Houses
- GREEN9 APP will generate Bronze Energy Ambassador Certificate for successful completion of 50 Audits
- Submit research report (refer GE7) to G9 Digital Library with comparative analysis of 50 House Audit
- Successful report will be reviewed and recommended for SCOPUS Publication
- Continue the Audit to obtain Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum Ambassador Certificate
