True to this mission, we recently organized a highly successful <strong>Job Camp<\/strong> to bridge the gap between talented local youth and meaningful career opportunities<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Connecting Talent with Opportunity<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_964f2345ad33ea30-38\">On Saturday, July 2nd, 2022, we hosted a specialized recruitment drive at the <strong>Paiyanoor Panchayat Office<\/strong><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>. The event was specifically designed for individuals with qualifications ranging from 12th Pass to Diploma and Undergraduate degrees<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_964f2345ad33ea30-39\">Partnering with <strong>M\/S Technotask<\/strong>, we focused on hiring <strong>Customer Support Associates<\/strong><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>. One of our key goals was to provide opportunities for those who are fluent in Tamil, ensuring that local language skills are recognized as a valuable professional asset<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Real Impact, Real Lives<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_964f2345ad33ea30-40\">The event saw a fantastic turnout, with over <strong>100 participants<\/strong> from surrounding areas like Kalpakkam and Thiruporur<sup><\/sup>.
