Guided by our motto, \"Small Step Towards a Big Cause,\" we recently organized a significant <strong>Drug Awareness Campaign Walk<\/strong> to inspire the youth of Chennai to choose fitness over addiction<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Advocating for a Healthy Lifestyle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_91b167b3ffa0123a-88\">On Sunday, April 5th, 2026, participants gathered at the <strong>Adyar River Walk Park<\/strong> from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM<sup><\/sup>. The event focused on educating the younger generation about the physical, psychological, and social consequences of drug abuse<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Event Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Educational Briefing:<\/strong> The morning began with a powerful speech detailing how substance abuse affects not only individuals but their families and society at large.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Call to Action:<\/strong> Managing Trustee Mr. Subramaniam presided over the event, encouraging participants to become \"ambassadors of change\" within their communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fitness First:<\/strong> In collaboration with <strong>Fight 2 Fit Fitness Centre<\/strong>, we promoted a culture of discipline and positive lifestyle choices as the ultimate defense against addiction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unity in Mission:<\/strong> Participants carried banners with the message \"Say No to Drugs \u2013 Say Yes to Life\" to spread awareness throughout the park.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Choosing Fitness, Not Drugs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_91b167b3ffa0123a-93\">This walk was more than just an event; it was a lifestyle transformation camp<sup><\/sup>.
