At Ettram Public Charitable Trust, our motto is "Small Step Towards a Big Cause". True to this mission, we recently organized a highly successful Job Camp to bridge the gap between talented local youth and meaningful career opportunities.

Connecting Talent with Opportunity

On Saturday, July 2nd, 2022, we hosted a specialized recruitment drive at the Paiyanoor Panchayat Office. The event was specifically designed for individuals with qualifications ranging from 12th Pass to Diploma and Undergraduate degrees.

Partnering with M/S Technotask, we focused on hiring Customer Support Associates. One of our key goals was to provide opportunities for those who are fluent in Tamil, ensuring that local language skills are recognized as a valuable professional asset.

Real Impact, Real Lives

The event saw a fantastic turnout, with over 100 participants from surrounding areas like Kalpakkam and Thiruporur. We are proud to share that by the end of the day, 24 individuals received immediate job appointment orders.
